What Our Terms and Conditions Cover

Your account, your wallet and your access all sit under one set of terms — this page sets out what we hold you to, and what you can hold us to.

HOW WE HANDLE

Account Data, Security and Retention

What we hold about you is narrow: the details you type at opening, the wallet references that match your credits, and a record of logins. Passwords are stored hashed, and the one-time code sent to your phone guards every new device — a stolen password alone does not open your account. Cookies keep the session alive and remember your language choice; clear them and you are signed out. Records stay for as long as these terms and any applicable local rule require, then they are removed.

Login Codes Every new device asks for a one-time code before the account opens. Sessions can be ended from Profile, which signs out any phone you no longer use.
Cookie Use Cookies hold your session and your language choice, nothing more exotic. Clear them and you are signed out; block them and parts of the lobby will not hold state.
Retention Window Account records are kept for as long as the terms and any applicable local rule require, then removed. You can ask what is held against your account at any time.
Requesting Changes Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion from the email on the account. We confirm identity first, then reply stating what was done and when.
RAISING A QUERY

Where to Take a Terms Question

Terms questions rarely need a ticket and a wait — most are settled in one chat. Sign in, open Profile, then Support, and type your question; the thread stays attached to your account, so you never explain a wallet reference twice. For anything about a closed account or a data request, write from the email registered on the account, because we verify the sender before replying. Keep your bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction ID beside you — it shortens the check.

Account Chat

Sign in, open Profile then Support, and the thread stays linked to your account wallet, so a wallet reference only has to be quoted once.

Email From Your Address

Data and closure requests must come from the email registered on your account. We match the sender first, so a forwarded message is not accepted.

Transaction Reference

Keep the bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction ID beside your query. It lets us trace the credit against the number shown when you paid.

Common Terms Questions, Answered

These are the terms questions that come up most, answered the way we would answer them in chat. If yours is not here, Profile then Support is quicker than email. And to be clear: this page explains our terms, it does not replace them — where the two ever differ, the terms document is what binds both sides.

Yes. Ticking the box at registration and completing your first wallet step means you accept the version published at that moment, including the eligibility wording about local law and regions.

We publish the new text on this page and move the date shown on it. Carrying on with the account afterwards counts as acceptance, so read the page when we flag a change.

You can. Send the request from the email registered on the account, confirm your identity, and we close it and settle any wallet balance through the same rail you paid in.

Local law where you are comes first, and availability depends on your local law and eligible regions. Where a term of ours conflicts with a rule that applies to you, the rule wins.

They are. A wallet credit is treated as complete when the reference matches the number shown when you paid; a mismatch is held for you to confirm, never guessed at.

Write from the email on the account, say what you want copied, corrected or removed, and we verify the sender before acting. You then get a reply stating what was done.
